We work with high-quality 1–5 bed apartments and houses in prime locations that meet the needs of our corporate clients.
Absolutely. Unlike traditional lets, our properties are kept to a high-end standard — professionally cleaned multiple times per week, with regular inspections and routine maintenance.
We accommodate corporate professionals, business travellers, academic and research professionals on placement, and leisure guests. All occupants are vetted and we do not permit party groups or social housing tenants.
Once we've viewed the property, we aim to provide an offer within 24 hours. Contracts can be signed within 48 hours, and rent payments begin immediately.

Founder Jack Snape is a current MSc Real Estate student at the University of Manchester. Matchams Property Group combines academic rigour with hands-on property experience to deliver results landlords and clients can rely on.
